- You are able to manage your time for self and those of group members, and balance competing priorities
- You have a proven track record of developing in vitro assays to profile compounds for functional responses using high-throughput readouts (e.g. ELISA, quantitative/digital Western, luminescence, fluorescence assays).
- Additional experience developing fungal or plant in vitro assays will be highly preferred.
- You have experience using multiple assay platforms to measure target engagement, cell sensitivity in response to compounds or target modulation, such as fluorescence & luminescent plate readers, etc. Experience with automation is desirable.
- You are able to easily collaborate with other groups within Biology and other departments to drive the development of efficacious PROTACs
- You can design and execute an effective strategy for the development of in vitro and cell-based assays that enable a clear, reproducible assessment of PROTACs efficacy
